Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a licensed mental health professional (LMHC, LMFT, or LISW) to join our team as a contractor.
The ideal candidate will have experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families and possess strong clinical skills.
This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions to clients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients’ concerns and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice and maintain client confidentiality.
• Engage in outreach and networking activities to promote the practice and attract new clients.

Qualifications:
• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or related field.
• Current licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or LISW in the state of Iowa.
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
